Justin is a Product Designer and Manager with over 10 years experience leading teams across multiple industries - from startups to Fortune 500 companies. He received his BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design where he cultivated a user-centric mindset and technical skills that make his work stand out from the crowd.
Justin has an impressive history of steering crucial projects to success.
As the Director of Product Design for Seattle-based startup Artica, he launched an AI product review suite and sales aggregator in under 6 months time. At Better Mortgage, he led the design of a proprietary Decision Engine that upgraded the Capital Markets team with automation, scalability, and historic data usage.
As the first Product Designer at LeafLink, he was instrumental in establishing their design system and designer/engineer handoff processes. And at Ticketmaster in NYC, Justin was the lead Designer on the IO-Media team tasked with modernizing Ticketmaster's legacy Season Ticket Platform. He and his team made it easy for users to trade, sell, and transfer tickets online and even helped design the TM Mobile Entry Ticket.
Outside of the office, Justin and his wife Julia love spending time with their baby girl and rooting for the NY Giants during football season.
